Devlog #2: Player Character and Asset Design
I have been most recently working on the designs of the the player characters as well as some simple 3D Mockups of the assets planned to be in the game. However, I have mostly been focused on getting the the overall designs of the player characters to be distinguishable from each other. The idea for this part of the design is to make each pilot have something unique about them; maybe a different hairdo or pronounced features. Aside from that; the players characters have a fairly similar general design amongst themselves. The asset design I have worked on so far has been fairly simple. Although I would like to go back and add further detail to assets like the fuel canister and the LINDA steering wheel module. Despite character design being all but mostly wrapped up; I still plan to make sure the characters can standout from each other.
